Walters Architects have recently completed the planning package for the third instalment of our trade park scheme in North West Leicester.

This next instalment is for three speculative trade counters to the south of the site once the new retaining wall is completed (see previous blog post 30.11.20) and the new levels are resolved.

We hope to secure Planning permission early next year, have the Building Control finished by March, have the Tender package out by May and be on-site around July. This will obviously be dependent on the planners. We totally understand they are not working to full capacity at the moment and things are taking so much longer than we would all like but we will get there.

We’re actually looking forward to Phase IV, to be honest.
