Walters Architects are pleased to have completed their Planning Pack for a new build office scheme in Leicestershire for a local house builder.

The design is intended to look like an existing barn conversion due to the open nature of the site. The structure will be masonry with a feather edged cladding to the outer face to match the local vernacular.

Following the advice of a previously submitted Pre Planning Application, Walters Architects and the client are both very pleased with the outcome.

Due to the current pandemic, we can’t imagine the planners will determine the application any time soon but the client understands the process which makes things a lot easier.
