Planning Approval

Walters Architects are pleased to announce we have received planning approval for a number of projects across several scales, sectors and local authorities.

• Six new industrial units as part of our ongoing involvement at North Leicester Trade Park, North West Leicester.
• Alterations and a first floor extension to an existing care home for a regular client, in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
• The conversion of a single storey barn into an annex, in the borough of Hinckley & Bosworth.
• First floor front and rear extensions to an existing bungalow within Leicester City.
