Loft Conversion

Our client purchased a two bedroom bungalow and wanted to maximize its potential space to accommodate their family’s requirements.

The brief required a minimum of three bedrooms with one en suite and a family kitchen/diner. The result was a loft conversion and ground floor rear extension which transformed the existing bungalow into a four bedroom house.

The rear of the house now incorporates a gable wall as part of the overall extension which has allowed the existing loft space to become a master bedroom with a large family kitchen beneath.
