First Floor Extension

Our client purchased a substantial house in need of modernisation and refurbishment to suit family living. Their requirements included a new kitchen, new balcony area, new guest room and external alterations.

Due to the extent of the project, the scheme was to be fully designed and approved at the outset while the construction works were phased.

The majority of the building works have now been completed, incorporating a new roof, new timber double glazed windows, new timber bays, first floor balcony area and a new kitchen.

The final phase of the project will see the completion of the self contained guest room, games room, cinema room, swimming pool and associated changing rooms.
