Architects was not the principal designer of this building but we
did assist the client from the Building Regulations stage. We were
asked to deliver a professional service on a time-based agreement to
assist on every aspect of the remaining build.
Our involvement
included procurement procedures, sub contract agreements, inspection
of works, delivery of defects/snagging schedules and programming
advice.
Our client needed
impartial professional advice, to be provided quickly and at a
competitive rate, which would allow the scheme to be delivered on
time and in budget.
